This high-relief decorative panel presents a symmetrical heraldic cartouche set into a rectangular backing plate. The composition centers on a small shield-like escutcheon topped with a turned scroll motif, flanked by flowing acanthus scrolls, ribboned garlands and delicate floral clusters.
